Are Your Channels Fuzzy?		There may be a problem with the connections to your cable tv. Sometimes the connectors get water, bumped or other to cause a fuzzy picture. Also there maybe something in the main system that causes this.

I can't get any channel above 13 on my TV.		This is caused from a loss of power and you need to reprogram your TV or a switch has been moved to only receive up to 13. A fix would be to check to make sure the switch is in the CABLE postion. Also you may have to reprogram your TV by going to menu and setup and reprogram.

Some channels are not clear		This could be caused by a number of things. First it could be a problem at the main control center (HEADEND) in which case you should call us. Another area could be in the splitting of the signal in the house. (Splitters that split off to different TV's)
